As we had a chance to ask a question to international employees, we would like to know the difficulties they had to face during their newcomer. To summarise, they mentioned two main problems they had faced. They said that the hardest part is how to adopt to this company culture and the way they work. It is too much information in details for them. Also, the hierarchy in Japan is so complicated for them to understand.
